The Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA) is a registered charity (305988), and is governed by an annually elected Council. The Council consists of a President, three single Service Vice Presidents, a Chairman, and a main body made up of serving CCF contingent commanders representing all parts of the UK.
In addition, there is ex-officio membership from Ministry of Defence, the Royal Navy, Army and Royal Air Force cadet headquarters, the Council of RFCAs and the main headteachers’ organisations. The CCFA Council is over 70 strong to accommodate full national representation by participating schools. The organisation holds an annual general meeting in London each December.
The AGM meeting minutes are available below.
The routine business of the Association is controlled by an Executive Committee under the Association’s chairman with 16 CCF contingent commanders (the Trustees) and the ex-officio members. The Executive Committee meets twice yearly in March and October
