Activities

Each section will have its own focus, and key activities. There are some parts of the training that are common to all sections though - all of which help build your skills, your confidence, and which look great on college, university or job applications. Apprenticeships

Apprenticeships allow individuals to learn skills in the workplace, and are offered by a growing range of companies nationally. However, it is not always easy to identify the best apprenticeship and that is where the Cadet Apprenticeships Company can help. As a not-for-profit Community Interest Company, they aim to match cadets seeking apprenticeships with companies looking for high-quality individuals.

We know from business leaders that the list of qualities that they want from apprentices include teamwork, motivation, respect, initiative and communications – all skills gained in the CCF. Our cadets have these qualities and more, and are well placed to succeed as an apprentice given the opportunity. The Cadet Apprenticeships Company is supported by the Ministry of Defence and offers the potential to open career and employment opportunities for our cadets, as well as helping cadets start to build their CV.
