The School Staff Instructor plays a key role in the leading, developing and expansion of the RAF Cadet Unit. The successful candidate will oversee the efficient running of the contingent, plan and assist with the training/instruction to the RAF Cadet Unit for staff and cadets and take an active role in raising the aspirations of pupils at Etone College.
As part of this role your main working base will be Etone College however, there will be a requirement to travel and support other Trust Schools (travel expenses available) under the direction of the Senior SSI. Therefore, you must be able to reliably commute.
The successful candidate must have Armed Forces experience, instructional experience and good knowledge of infantry tactics. They must be able to work well under pressure, be committed and create good working relationships with the Armed Services.
