Want to join us? We currently have two vacancies at CCFA which are open for applications. 

CCFA Fundraising Manager

You will be leading the Trust and Foundation programme, delivering significant income from Trusts, Foundations and relevant grant sources. The work that you’ll do will play a crucial role in helping the CCFA to deliver grants to schools and so enable more young people to develop life skills through cadet activity.

This role would suit an experienced trust fundraiser who is tenacious with a positive outlook and a friendly manner. You should have experience of delivering challenging targets and would be expected to work with minimal supervision.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and improve the lives of young people across the UK by supporting volunteers in schools with grant funding.

CCFA Marketing and Communications Officer

We’re looking for an experienced and responsible marketing and communications professional to help develop and deliver a wide-ranging programme of promotional activity for the Combined Cadet Force (CCF) and Cadet Expansion Programme (CEP).

Working within a small team, you will be responsible for producing and delivering effective and timely external communications to a wide range of external and internal stakeholders as well as helping to support efforts to recruit and retain adult volunteers and cadets.

The role requires an intelligent, flexible and experienced communications professional with tact, diplomacy and a proven ability to take personal responsibility for delivering results. The successful candidate will have excellent writing skills, superb attention to detail, and the ability to craft engaging copy for a wide range of print and digital media. An interest in, or experience of, the cadet forces is also desirable.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and improve communications across the CCF and to help promote the benefits of the cadet movement to a broad range of stakeholders and the general public.
