Job vacancies - CCF and ACF external and internal communications managers

We are looking for two intelligent and flexible communications managers to join a small team of communications and marketing professionals based in Cadets Branch in Aldershot. 

One role focuses on external and digital communications and the other on internal communications, but both post-holders will work closely together.

The Army Cadet Force and the Combined Cadet Force (CCF) are two of the UK’s biggest and best youth organisations.  ACF units are based in the community and CCF units in schools but both give young people access to a range of challenging, exciting, adventurous and educational military-themed activities. Their goal is to give young people the skills they need to succeed in life, whatever career path they choose.

You will have a ‘can do’ attitude, superb digital communications skills and the ability to manage a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you will need excellent writing skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to craft content for a range of print and digital media. An interest in, or experience of, the cadet forces is desirable but not essential.

These are exciting opportunities to develop and improve communications across the ACF and the CCF and to help promote the benefits of the cadet movement to a broad range of stakeholders and the general public.
