A school in Oldham is now recruiting for an Administrator and School Staff Instructor (SSI) to support their Combined Cadet Force.
Royton and Crompton is a school with a bright future, under the guidance of a new and experienced Leadership Team who are driving the school forward.
A new build is planned for 2019 which will provide state of the art resources for all staff. The school is situated a short distance away from the scenic Pennines and has excellent transport links from Manchester city centre.
Responsible to the Headteacher, the CCF Administrator and SSI is ideally a person from a military background who, through previous experience and training, will have knowledge of the cadet forces ethos and a desire to support, encourage and develop. The candidate will be taking a lead role in the school’s Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme. Ability to work independently, good time management and organisational skills are a must for this role.
