The Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA) and Army Cadet Force Association (ACFA) are working with HQ Army Regional Command and others in the development of a number of projects which, when combined, will form what will be called the ‘Skills Development and Apprenticeship Pathways’.
Part of this project involves the development of different tools to support cadets in developing their CV, and explaining the skills they have gained through cadets to potential employers
To help us take the next steps in this project, it is important for us to get as much feedback as possible from Cadet Force Adult Volunteers both in the ACF and CCF.
