Every year the Royal British Legion hosts the annual Festival of Remembrance at the Royal Albert Hall.

The Festival is a commemorative event dedicated to all those that have served and sacrificed from Britain and the Commonwealth.

To mark 100 years since the Royal British Legion's national Remembrance traditions came together for the first time, in 2021 we remembered the military and civilian, the old and young, and the British and Commonwealth men and women who have fought wars, disasters and pandemics to protect and defend Britain.

Two Cadets from Wilson’s School CCF, Wallington took Part in Annual Festival of Remembrance as part of the supporting the British Legion segment. Cadet Sergeant Noah Phillips and Cadet Sergeant Akila Weerakkody were immaculate throughout the festival and descried as a credit to the CCF Army.

The Festival of Remembrance is now available to watch on BBC iPlayer. The 2021 Festival featured performances from artists including Alfie Boe, Cynthia Erivo, Gregory Porter and Alexandra Burke.
