The group of 28 cadets had the honour of marching past the Cenotaph in Whitehall and then on to salute Prince Edward in front of Horse Guards Parade.

The cadets were lead by SSI James Sandercock and Lt Cdr Tom Hardman. James has been with the school since 2011 having previously served in the Blues and Royals and worked with the Army Cadet Training Team in London District. Tom is a House Master, Graphics and Design teacher and has served as a CCF Royal Navy officer for 25 years.

They commented that the turnout of the cadets and their drill was outstanding and it was a truly memorable day.

The contingent at Haberdashers’ is entirely voluntary, yet there are well over 300 cadets across the schools Royal Navy, Army and Royal Air Force sections.
