They joined with cadets from both Jersey and Guernsey’s RAF Air Cadet Squadrons on the residential course which covers SNCO training, drill instruction, method of instruction and leadership training. Building on the skills covered on the junior leadership course.
Throughout the course there was constant assessment in the above areas and cadets were seen to develop and improve throughout.
This course is one of the final stages of the leadership training package that is run throughout the year. All participating cadets passed the course and are now one step closer to promotion.
