The School Staff Instructor's principal role will be to organise and deliver military training in the CCF Army Section and to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the contingent.
Baxter College's new CCF will form an integral part of the extra-curricular experience offered to the College's students. The SSI will be an inspirational, self-motivated individual who is able to establish the CCF as a major part of the learning and leadership development opportunities offered to students at Baxter College.
