The full-time position will see the successful candidate working to launch the Combined Cadet Force which will parade for the first time in September with an RAF detachment.
Two days a week will be dedicated to outdoor education involving working with organisations such as Outward Bound and the Jubilee Sailing Trust, and organising training sessions and expeditions for students.
Training will be provided for both roles though experience with cadet forces and/or holding outdoor education qualifications will be an advantage.
